Getting close to the end of the year. 8321 + 3 gallons Chevallier SMASH with EKG 8324

brewed up a 3 gallon batch of Chevallier SMASH with WKG and Essex Ale yeast. Mashed at 158F for 2 hours, then a boiled EKG 30 minutes, 5 minutes and flame out. Will also dry hop.
