I know haha, I love dubbels and I love my cascade hops in my IPA's so why not try and put them together? Too long of a wait though... waiting for it to ferment and age.

I'm bottling up a dubbel and am going for the cork and cage finish. I really like how Sierra Nevada's corked bottles look with the black finished cages. Except, any where I look I can't find them in black. I've tried NB, eBay, googled it and everything. I don't like the gold finish... soooo...

Looks nice, I wanted to do this on my next dubbel.
