Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

I know this is considered lawnmower beer but it's perfect for football season. I keep it at all times..my question... Lhbs has huell melon, jarrylo and azacca hops in stock. I'm not familiar with any of these..any thoughts on any of these varieties for this brew?

American Pale Ale Bee Cave Brewery Haus Pale Ale

Didn't take measurements cause I'm just lazy but it turned out nice. Will be the beer I don't run low on for football season...love the color and taste has some bite but not hard hitting, great session. Loving this beer..I'm an IPA fan but this hits the spot more frequently. If u need...

American Pale Ale Bee Cave Brewery Haus Pale Ale

Drops more yeast out of suspension and makes a clearer finished product. I use gelatin and from my research its more effective if used after a cold crash.

Sure has a creamy look to it in fermenter. I brew it often. Tasty for the price.

Brewed my last five gallon batch.

Gonna take some research for me as well to make sure things fit. I mash in 10 gallon cooler and Im sure most lighter beeers will fit. I am really hoping to get more bang for my effort.

    Foothills Hoppyum IPA Clone

Did 1 week dry hop after 3 week primary no secondary. Don't have an authentic foothills version on hand and probably won't after brewing this. Love it.. kegged 48 hrs ago. 30 psi for 24 hrs then to 12 till it floats. Still cloudy but this beer rocks! I frequent foothills and without a side by...

Brewed my last five gallon batch.

Well..all grain anyway. Sorry for useless topic but for the time involved I've decided to do ten. Summer months I'm sure I'll toss in the extract 5 gallon brews but I'm not doing any more 5 gallon all grain. I've been brewing for years and couldn't figure out how u guys manage to brew so much...

    List of home brewing apps

I use Brew Buddy on an android. Its not worth anything for formulating recipes but it works perfectly for my system in calculating strike temp, water volumes and such. I used to use it as a backup to my own hand calculations but Ive become lazy now that I trust it. Its simple, handy for a double...

Im an expert brewer according to the natty light drinking friends I have over on occasion when brewing! Only thing I've brewed they drink is creme ale, yet all I've offered them is quite tasty IMO. That said.. I don't feel like a beginner anymore as Ive become comfortable with the process and...

Was given an industrial temperature chamber from work which only needs new controller. Ive got a STC-1000 Ive been planning on using on something once I got around to it. This chamber is too small for any carboys and such but do you guys think it can be modified to work by building a wooden...
