it seems like you're just using the dryer as a fancy bridge between ground and neutral (the way 3 wire dryers are/were wired)- you could accomplish the same thing with a small length of wire within your sub panel, or is this just so you don't have to unplug the dryer to plug in the brewery?

2 elements, 2 pumps = 4 ssr (so the pumps can be controlled by the Pi gpio, i realize i could use a smaller relay for this but wanted to ahve some built in redundancy in case an element SSR failed- i could swap one out and brew with one pump in a pinch but it'd be harder with only one element)...

those of you with experience in enclosure builds, do you mount your heatsinks inside or outside of the enclosures? looking around online i've seen builds either way, would prefer to mount them internally (with a fan if necessary) unless three's strong evidence to that would be a bad idea...

eh, i decided to use this to run between my spa panel and the main box, ill just figure out the right size plug for the wire, already have it hardwired on the spa panel side. lets me brew in a different room than the laundry room or even outside if i want.
