    Beer line question

I find it odd that keg connection would send 5' lines with the oateker clamps on it making it trickier the change when most people want longer lines. Since kegging is their thing they should really take that into consideration. The time line I'm on for finishing this thing is too tight to change...

    Beer line question

Bough the 3 keg set up from keg connection. Using it in a coffin keezer. Anyone have issues with the length of the lines it comes with? They are five feet long. I'm concerned about to little length and too much foam. Will be blowing air into the coffin once I find the 12v adapters to my fans...

    Wiring fan help

So I bought some 90mm computer fans off Craigslist for my Irish coffin keezer. I took a 120v - 12v step down transformer/charger and hooked it up. All the fans worked great. So then I twinned the black wires from 2 fans and the red wires together and tried it and nothing worked. And now none of...

    Perlic shank too long

Building Irish coffin keezer. Ordered the Perkins with 6" shanks for fridge door. Problem is with that length is that the coffin is going to be really far forward on the bar top. Anyone ever cut the shanks down?

    Using spun raw honey

So when adding at flame out I read somewhere thy wait till its below 100 degrees? Of if I'm just goin to Pasturize it to kill the wild yeast should I jut add o boil to be safe? I go from flame out to chilled in 6 minutes so is that enough time to turn it to fermentable sugar?
