Like I said, learning a lot. This is what I did except for the gentle stir. I read about it afterwards. Wish I'd read about it before. Oh well, for a first beer it doesn't taste bad and once it's more carbed and sits in the bottle a little longer it should be really good. Thanks eh

Yeah I had the same grand ideas but one batch in I'm noticing that I do waaaaaay more reading on the topic and my buddy has hardly done any. I'm clearly more into it with buying the equipment and learning technique. Maybe this is a lone wolf type hobby?
