just looking for something strong and dark. this is going to be my first all grain, i let the wife pick, and she went with the chocolate and coffee one go fig. i'm up for it though sounds interesting enough

I have a recipe for a chocolate trappist that calls for 8lbs of Mountmelick irish stout extract. I don't know if this is a dry or liquid extract and what to replace it with. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appriciated.
