Buying used. Looks like freezer is totally removable on these! Freezer lines are built into the top. Not good for tower but was going to use picnic anyway. Only $40 so think I am going for it.

I am looking at a used BFPH44M4LM. I don't see the freezer in your pictures but everywhere I look shows a freezer. Did you modify anything? (if your still around! I revived this from 8 years ago.

Anybody use a foot switch for your brew pump. Found this industrial one and wondering if this would be safe. I wrote the company but all their industrial foot switches seem to be sealed while it didn't state specifically on this one...

I suppose it would be better to ask which Belgian beers have a milder yeast forward profile. I would like to try some beers to see what I like. Just not a fan of the super strong yeast profile, not looking for no yeast profile.

The title says it all. I am not well versed in Belgians and would like some suggestions of recipes or commercial beer to look for in the specialty beverage store. Something medium body without strong yeast character.
