    Coney Island Human Blockhead, from Schmaltz, meh.....very off mouthfeel for a Doppelbock, and very very boozy. If I didn't have a fridge full of Korbinian and Salvator, my opinion might be different, or if I hadn't seen a good doppelbock in months.

    Figueroa Mountain Danish Style Red Lager. Still no sleep, must drink more beer, keep those blood sugars up, the complex carbohydrates, and b vitamins up.

    Weihenstephaner Korbinian after the third long day this week, worked from 6am-5pm, and went to brew from 5pm-2:30am. Got a wheat wine in, and split the batch with my wild Norsk yeast and Falconers Flight 7 C's blend straight into the fermenter, and 5gal onto a lacto starter. The 7 C's wort...

    We'll be going within the first three days supposedly, and will hit drakes, and maybe lagunitas, and whatever else we can stomach. We have a reservation at a hotel that is. 5 miles from there, and a walk through a mall.

Had it in the fridge for a trade, and have been broke watching it get old, and was invited for a free ride to PtY day at RR, so all trades will be fulfilled with decently fresh beer! But...

    Funny things you've overheard about beer

    A friend opened a Smoking Wood from the Bruery, which he bought and paid for, had much trouble with his serving, and later stated by him and the wife, that it might make a good marinade. Needless to say, I ended up going home with the other half of the bottle.

    Abit late, but my first commercial brew, 1.072, to 1.028 in two days with a new to me wild yeast.

    I'll trade with you once I have the extra cash, the bar should have a few extra bottles if the store runs out. I have a Blind Pig and Pliny waiting to go out to DisturbdChemist still. Pretty good, abit roasty for the style.
