I'll never say no to an ice cold PBR out of a can! Cheap macros have their place.

I just passed the Beer server exam and want to eventually get to the next level. If a test is in the area around summer time, I want to take it then...anyone in the NYC area a cicerone or are studying for the exam?

I've gotten 5gallon barrels straight from Kings Country Distillery for $75. My coffee stout was awesome, just could have used more time in the barrel. I would start looking for nano distilleries and or other commercial distilleries around you. If not you could probably always get once shipped...

Did you cork and cage? Did you add more yeast for bottling? I am doing a Belgian dark next week and I'll be bottling it in 750's as gifts for my groomsmen. I am starting to look into information on bottling into 750's I forgot..I am drinking a bottle of Piraat. Pretty damn good!

Not much for my brewing, so I'll need to do some shopping but a got a sweet wooden mash paddle, The Oxford companion to beer, Brewed Awakening and a Westy 6pk sampler....I can't complain!

Art, So what's going on with the comp? There is no comp at all? How did this all just happen?? I don't think it's right that we go through sending the beer for a BJCP event and have this happen. What gives??? That's what I just sent....let's see what kind of response I get.
