    Where are all the LADIES at?

    My husband is the best assistant brewer ever. He cleans everything and does the heavy lifting (because of course we women are all delicate flowers...). Of course, he also does the eye rolling when I come up with some beer thing or other i absolutely must have. Wouldn't trade him for anything.

    Oh,yes- I resorted to using a coffee grinder because the rolling pin was too slow. I'd bought whole grains because I was going to be delaying a brew for a few weeks and was bringing the grains overseas back to Japan. Good grief. 45 minutes later I ended up with 14 pounds of decent rubble, but...

    Some fun facts about people on the forum

    US Army closing in on retirement (29 years), planning to open a microbrewery in Southeast Asia in 2014, been hb'ing for about 20 years but just started getting serious a few years ago, been through Siebel, and when I'm not brewing I'm out on the golf course. Love the forum!
