Two Tier, Batch Sparge Brew Stand

Real estate is at a premium in my garage, so making everything compact and functional is the main goal. Hopefully that changes in the next couple years, but until then, small it is.

Two Tier, Batch Sparge Brew Stand

This summer, the now wife decided to impulse buy homebrew equipment to give me a new hobby. Fast forward 6 extract batches, and I was ready to do all grain, but I soon found out the stand the guy sold her left quite a bit to be desired. I realized after another 6 batches that it was large...

My idea for an adjustable 3 tier stand, thoughts?

Rather than bolt together, you could have pins with cotter pin holes welded to each tier, then you push the pins through the holes, slide the cotters on, and boom. My idea for an adjustable 3 tier stand, thoughts?

Was two .500 square bars to raise a handle up a few feet, that a forklift would pickup and move. Payload was about 500 lbs, and it worked just...

    Modular Brew Stand

I've designed and built quite a few machine guards out of 80/20. Great stuff. Plus, they machine everything to length and bore holes, as well as include fasteners for you. To improve upon that design (for what someone in my shoes would be interested in), I would make it fold up, or tip up...

Brew Bucket by SS Brewing Technologies

I'm sure this has been asked, but I can't find an answer anywhere. Is there a teflon washer that can be used to replace the internal O-ring on the racking arm/valve? The o-ring squeezes out from under the nut after a half rotation for me. I know I only need a partial rotation to rack the...

    New Anvil Bucket Fermentors

Smaller size, as in the 4 gallon or so size? That just seems like sacrilege to ferment so little!

For a first stainless fermenter, would you folks say this is better or worse than the SS Brew Bucket?
