    Dried Montmorency cherry stout

    Has anyone used these sour cherries in a stout? We're planning on brewing a 5Gal batch with both extract & grain {aiming for a good chocolate/cherry balance} ... This is our third time brewing so we'd love some feedback, particularly about the timing on the cherry addition {wort or primary}...
