    i order some Go ferm and some fermiad O but the thing its this guys are coming in one month, so im tying to ferment some mead this month, since i have plenty raw honey over here, btw the bread yeast its only used at the beggining??

    Thabk you for your reply, well we live outside USA, there are no laws against liquor here, you only need the normal liquor license to sell your homemade beers. I believe im going to switch to PBW to try and also get some bottles brush to help me clean the bottles. Thank you

    i just brew it the wrong way i used: 4# pilsner 2.5# wheat light 1# rice cooked 2# pocorn just grinded and toosed at mash, i got 1042 OG so i guess im on the mark but im going to leave this one for 2 week on primary, for the yeast i used a cake that used to be BYR 97 ale yeast

    im sparging at about 1 cup out 1 cup of new water, i also took reading when im sparging but for the first 3 gallons a get about 1080 then drops about 1030 for the last 2 gallons i only got about 1010 SG, could it be im milling the grains too much?, im using a Corona disc mill.
