The few American craft brews I've got to try here, Cigar City Brewing Jai Alai IPA was fantastic. My brother was in Tampa for a conference and brought me a few 6-packs home :tank:

I always cut the hard root part off the bottom and find the skin usually comes of in one whole piece after that

As a reply for anyone who is interested, I bottled 12 bottles in regular sized beer bottles for testing, and after 5 days, there is carbonation, distinct bitterness and hops taste I hoped, but still sweet with primer. I am happy :mug: Cant wait for 2 and 3 more weeks tasters
