How long do hops last in freezer?

Ok guys, I was cleaning my big chest freezer and found 4 oz each of Citra, Summit, and willamet still vacuum sealed. They're each over 2 years old, but the vacuum seal is still good on all of them. Do you guys think they'll still be good to brew with? I've never kept hops for more than a year...

    Legal to trade brew?

I live in your neighboring state and completely agree with you. Thankfully, the laws here will allow higher ABV in October, so maybe you won't have to drink BMC swill for too much longer..

    Warm Fermented Lager Thread

Ok guys, I ended up with Saflager S-23 for my yeast on my Czech pils recipe (they didn't have 34-70 In stock). Will this be ok to warm ferment, or will I need to get another strain for this batch? Enquiring minds want to know...

What I did for beer today

Brewed a batch of pale ale last night and pitched the yeast early this morning. I'm excited to see how this batch turns out. I used 1 oz goldings at 60 minutes, 1 oz cascade at 15 minutes, and 1 oz cascade at falmeout. It's my first batch in 3 years, so I'm curious to see if I can still make...
