  1. Lunchtime

    Watery...

Well I've made Stouts before. A simple Irish Stout. It wasn't close to a Guinness on tap as far as mouth feel but it was way better than this. This is honestly like drinking a coffee flavored glass of water to me.

    Watery...

My last brew was an Espresso Stout...Unfortunately, the texture seems to be way off. The flavor is dead on but the beer itself is watery. That's the best way I can think to explain it. Any idea what went wrong here? I've never had this issue with another brew which makes this pretty confusing.

Really pissed off and kinda drunk... - (chili contest)

It wasn't me dammit. The top chili's were a veg chili and a soupy chili...My chili is man chili..Hipsters just don't get it. They prefer "soy"rizo instead of actual meat I guess.

    Looking For A Taker - Dogfish 120

Sometimes if you ask nicely, they will put in an order for something. I know a local gas-station that would even do this for us from time to time.

  9. Lunchtime

    Hi from Ozark, MO.

I live in Springfield...If you ever want to swap brews and notes, I would be happy too...Just go into it about a year ago but I'm always looking for people to drink my beer lol

Really pissed off and kinda drunk... - (chili contest)

My chili is amazing! lol I will probably message you in about 11 months though...I 'm not afraid to admit that I am a very sore loser....I hate losing more than anybody can enjoy winning. I think making a mole might be the way to go...I'm so flabbergasted at losing to a vegetarian chili, that...

I already talked about using ghost chili's just to teach them a lesson...How do they taste in beer? Is it drinkable?

Really pissed off and kinda drunk... - (chili contest)

Ok..so...There was a chili contest tonight. 8 chili's and I didn't even place in the top half...I'm pissed. These people had ground beef chili...I used pork shoulder and brisket. I used PBR in my chili because I figured Hipsters would like that... Needless to say, I'm upset...I plan on...
  13. Lunchtime

    So...

    That's a really good idea.

    Best First Beer

I think brewing what you want to drink is important. If you don't like IPA's, don't brew an IPA. I love stouts so my first brew was an Irish Stout. No reason to make something you aren't going to want to finish.
  17. Lunchtime

    So...

It's more a matter of principle...I agree mainly with it depends on how long I was sleeping. A few hours and I'll still drink it, so as not to dump beer.
  18. Lunchtime

    So...

Let's just say for sake of this argument that there is no work...It's a Sunday morning.
