I don't know where you guys shop but there is no place in this town that sells what WalMart sells. We have a POS price-cutter that is garbage and sells meat that is clearly rotting. I had a question along these lines...I had my primary in the back room next to an open window and it was keeping it perfect around 64. Over night we had a huge change in temp. and when I checked in the morning the thermometer strip on the side of my primary said 50 degrees...I didn't rush it...

Anybody have any favorite cheeses they like while drinking? Any specific combinations? Right now I'm enjoying some Gorgonzola with my DIPA...It's an alright combination I suppose, not the best ever.
