I kegged my first batch of Lug Nut Porter, I can’t wait for it to be ready. It may be going to the homebrew jamboree in September. We shall see. Dunkel’s Weizen and Roggen’s Bier will be going too.

Porter, sometimes called lug nut. He’s a big lug, according to my girlfriend, and he’s a nut case, according to me. But we love this big goofy dog, no matter what we call him.
What size pizza are you making? 3 cups of flour for 6 pizzas would tend to make very small pizzas. I use 2 cups for a 14 inch pizza, the size of my cast iron pizza pan.
I’ve never tried honey, but that does sound interesting.
For the square cut pizzas, I prefer the inner pieces. It’s easier to eat that with a fork and knife sometimes. I still don’t understand why it’s square though.
Most NY pizzas I’ve had needed to be folded.
I do disagree about the OPs ratio of folding versus not folding. It’s the same either way.
And some pizzas need a fork and knife. But I don’t understand them.

When I lived in MA, there was one that drove by my house frequently. I had a long driveway, so I’d definitely be jogging to the street if I wanted ice cream. Too much effort for an expensive little treat.
