How do I know if the plastic garbage can is food grade or not?

HPDE Drum looks like a good plan. The liners are only sold in groups which I could buy a rotomold conical for cheaper. :confused: Seems odd to me but maybe this is where the rotomold conical becomes a reality.

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum... I didn't know where else to put it. I just brewed up 30 gallons worth of my cherry wheat as my wedding ale for later this year. Apparently the cherries had some significantly different amounts of sugars from the two 25 lb bins. The OGs are as follows...

Ok, so we need to re-engineer the lid holding to include a piece of sheet metal and some sort of way of tying it down. Actually not hard at all. I have a few ideas in mind. (not that I will act on any of them since I have plenty of kegs)

So when is the call for volunteers? I'm sure there are plenty like me willing to jump in with anything you need.

Went to a beer fest over the weekend. It really disappointed me the lack of knowledge that some of the servers had about the beers they were serving. I would ask fairly simple questions and then watch their faces get all contorted with confusion as the answers weren't on the "tasting notes"...

I just want the snow off my porch and enough warmth (60's) so that I can install the high heat rope around the door of my smoker... Bought cheap and discovered a 1/4" gap all around the door... causes many issues.

Bacon... mmmm.... spring and time to get the smoker up and running again! can't wait! Edit... Oh yeah... Beer. That makes it allowed in this thread right?
