    I had a little bit of Fusilier's Ration from one of my MM's earlier. if you're a fan of Lakatia, give it a try. it's not overbearing in any way, but you know it's there. it has a great smokey flavor and aroma and burns fairly cool. it's a dense crumble cake, but real easy to come apart.

    longer than. our oldest is 8 and I was getting it at the brewery before he was born. if I had to guess beyond that, I'd say 11th Hour has been around for at least a decade. if my memory isn't all flocced up, they've been canning it for 7-8 years. West Rivah, suckaducks!:rockin:

    I would add about 8-10 oz bourbon to 1.5-2 oz light toast oak chips. add the chips to bulk age. if it still needs a little "oomf", add the bourbon at bottling to your taste. but I would have started the soak when I brewed the beer. a little bourbon can go a long way. if you're determined to add...
