next i'll rip the carpet up and put a coat of paint on it. I'm not looking forward to painting inside the hundreds of little 1/8 " groves in the paneling. But i'm allways suprised on what a coat of paint will do for a room.

I like your grain bill, except i may just start with a 3.5 Pils, 3.5 Munich, 3.5 viennna. 1lb caramunich, or carapils if if thats all I. I may just have to brew it a few times to hit the correct Hopp balance.

Never done a decoction but i might have to finally give in and give it a go. Your comments are definately appreciated.

Store bought. Spices are TRICKY, make sure you listen to someone who has a lot of expierience, which i don't.

I think i would go with a half tsp of ginger, it's strong and i'm not really fond of it anyway. But that's just me, some people may love it.
