    Some trub in my bottles.

I prefer to be consistent. Here is what I observed with my last 2 batches. @ 32F Day 1: Beer clears slightly, yeast are still actively visible though. Day 2: yeast are no longer suspended trub is thick and compacted, but some " stuff" is still floating. Day 3: Beer clears, noticable clarity...

How do I use star san most effectivly for bottling?

I def. overdo the cleansing/sanitizing of bottles, since that is the final vessel it sits in for the longest amount of time. Thus, I let my bottles sit in an Oxyclean FREE solution for 1 week, then I rinse and let dry for a couple of days. The whole process removes labels/cleans and gives me...

    Some trub in my bottles.

I started cold crashing prior to bottling... solved that problem for me. Might work for you too... then again flocculation is different for each and every yeast strain? Good luck and pour slowly!

Thus, I have exhausted my search capabilities and have yet to find a good resource on where/ what size of nylon or muslin bags to buy. Need...

Well the double hop head Ipa is bottled! 3 weeks and 1 day in primary. Dry hopped with whole leaf... no bags (which I regret now) . The beer was cold crashed for 3 days. It will sit in a 68-72F room for 3 weeks. I will do everything in my power not to drink any. LMAO! OG: 1.068 FG: 1.014 ABV...

Reading Brewing up a business... lovin' it

The book is more than just about branding (albeit... 50% does focus on sales/marketing and branding) The book is about taking your passion and creating something unique that provides value back to the community. Let's be honest though... brewing beer is fun, but creating the business is where...
