    Ok , that does make me feel better. It freaked me out a little because it looks like a fungus or mold. whatever it is it seems almost mushroom like with a strange slimy tail on it.

    I'm somewhat new to homebrewing. Everything was cool untill I racked this saison into secondary, I went to check on it today and found this weird chuck of what may possibly be mold but im not sure. can anyone identify this for me??
