Pale Ale - Need Yeast Suggestion

Normally I would agree with you, but due to low OG (for me anyway) I wanted some body with it.

Pale Ale - Need Yeast Suggestion

From what I have read, S-33 is not necessarily Belgian. Kind of terrible wording on Safale's part on their packaging.

Pale Ale - Need Yeast Suggestion

I'm brewing a Pale Ale on Saturday, but I'm not sure which yeast I want to use. I have the following on hand: Lalbrew East Coast Lalbrew Voss Kveik Safale S-33 Est. OG: 1.046 30 Minute Boil Mash @ 152 8 lb 8 oz (77.3%) — Simpsons Pale Ale Golden Promise — Grain — 2.5 SRM 1 lb (9.1%) —...

Alternative to Bulky Corny for Pumping Sanitizer, PBW Through Beer Line?

I've been using the bug pump sprayer for 10 years, but it is starting to get tiresome. I was thinking of buying this. https://www.vinenhop.com/tap-line-cleaning-sanke.html

    NEIPA Distilled Water Build?

    Recommendations for sturdy glassware?

You can't go wrong with Dollar Tree pint glasses. They sometimes even have 19oz Nonic glasses as well.

Hazy beer went from hazy to brown why?

Did it turn brown after cold crashing? Was it a "clean" transfer? How does it taste?

When I brewed in my garage, it was tunes all day. And It changed every brew day depending on my mood, but Clutch and The Sword got alot of play in those days. Now that I brew in my basement, I will usually have on a movie in the background as everything in the basement echos through the whole...

Technology you thought was silly/unnecessary... Until you actually used it.

I had always driven vehicles on the smaller side (Nissan Murano, Rogue, and Honda CRV) where the backup camera was nice, but not entirely necessary. I just got a Chevy Traverse and that backup camera is 100% essential. To me, this vehicle is gigantic.

    Advice on Ambers/Red IPAs

That is exactly what was happening to me with the Anvil. I find most conversion is done in 20 minutes (I mash high)

    Advice on Ambers/Red IPAs

I had the same problem with the Anvil. The temperature probe is "calibrated" to measure the temperature in the middle of the mash. After 2 years, I decided to test it as all my beers were over attenuating. The temperature of the mash was almost 10 degrees cooler at the top, or as deep as my...

Home brew buzz VS commercial buzz

I very rarely ever give myself less than a full pour.......those are the rules.

Home brew buzz VS commercial buzz

One thing I have noticed, especially since I started kegging beer 10 plus years ago, is that one can lose track of their actual drink count. When drinking commercial, usually there is a body count left behind with either cans or bottles, but when you are just pulling pints at home, one can...

    Recommend a Factory Porter

Was the Sam Smith dated? Could be old. I do not think I've ever seen it under 4 months old in NJ in my life
