    Hey everyone can you please tell me what temperature my beer has to be cooled down to after I have cooked it in my pot?? I usually fill my sink with cold water and cool my beer down to 70 degrees and then poor it into my fermenter and then add the rest of my cold water up to 21 to 22 litres.

    Haha.. Nah we don't do spice beers down under, we have the normal beers like superdry, carona, extra dry and a few other summer beers but there boring to drink and leave a bad taste in your mouth hahaha.. So I'm trying to get a nice recipe from you guys but that's cool I will try else where...

    Nah it's not a kit beer it's an extract brew.. It's good having a few people with a sense of humour hahaha. The recipe name is very weird in my eyes aswell but here in Australia they call it that straight off the shelf.. Cheers guys and I will let u all know what it taste like in a month or so..

    Porter

    Just bottled my porter and my gravity test tasted beautiful so I can't wait for the first twist of that bottle in a month or 2. What should I brew next because I love my big hop flavour in old English beers.. Any suggestions and I will give it ago and get back to all of you?????
