I think having a ball lock on the line in would be really nice, but on the lines out, I would miss having shutoff valves. Having to disengage the quick disconnect to stop co2 flow may be a pia.

Are you looking for something like this? An even cheaper solution might be replacing the low pressure input on your current manifold with a ball lock post.

Great idea and nice setup, but wrong beer lines. It will be a PIA switching because you'll likely need to replace hose barbs too, but it should take care of your foamy pours.

This could be a nice upgrade from the current temperature and humidity sensor that I have in my basement.

@wepeeler gave some good suggestions. Describe your brew space and equipment so we know what you're working with.

You need to do this. Some regulators have a PRV in the regulator body, but most don't. Pull the PRV in your coupler (sanke) or keg lid (ball lock).

All the previous suggestions are great and I've used most of them myself. But for that stubborn stuff deep in the threads, I just go over it with new tape. It's worked out fine for me.
