    I do but because i had to squash the bucket into the fridge i think the tention made it pop so i could possibly trim the fridge down

    Im brewing 2 beers one im using a fermentation chamber.. a fridge with a heatpad and temperature controller, controlling the temperature.     I have recently brewed a lager that recommed 10 degrees celsius. It is brewing 6 days from about 10 to 16 degrees c depending on house temp as im not using a fermenter.. if this is a problem is it too late to correct it?

    It happened because there was pressure on the bucket as it was a tight fit in the fermenter and it was only 3 days into fermentation .. schoolboy error im sure but will not let it happen again. Whats the negative outcome if i continue brewing and signs? Thanks also

    I think i was actually between 22 and 24 ( it was recommended on the package ) celscius and the brew had only started a few days. I have left it and will check in a few days
