How much priming sugar did you use for carbonation and how did you apply it to the batch??

Ya you should call a plumber. But i also dump mine in the front yard cause my dogs are in the back yard fenced in on almost 3acres. So i just dump it in the grass out front never had a problem.

And yes I added after primary fermentation completed. I the beer was in primary for 13 days. I hit OG at day 5 I left it in there for another week to let the yeast clean up a bit.

I steeped 5 lbs of strawberry at 155 for 30 min. I bought frozen ones and let them thaw because all the fresh ones at the market tasted sour. After I steeped them I cooled them down to 80 degrees. If this is your first batch take my advice and just follow the recipe in the kit. Worry about changing the recipe later after you have a few batches under your belt.

I have a few 5Gal glass carboys. I used to be nervous to primary a 5 gal batch in them. But did it one day and now do it all the time. I know its not common practice or recommended to do so. But if you do a regular gravity beer and keep ferm temps low you don't lose barely any beer.

Just got done with the white water and i really liked it alot actually. Just poured a glass of the Tasman Red. I think i like the white water better but this Tasman red is also very very drinkable. So far i feel like i didn't waste my money. Seeing that this is a limited time thing i might have...

I have never had a problem with getting every last drop with my auto siphon.

If it taste fine drink it up the quicker the better. And no worries drinking it won't hurt you at all. Unless you drink the whole batch at once i guess you could get alcohol poisoning but thats about it. Nothing can live in beer that can hurt you.

I love IPAs latitude wasn't the best but it wasn't terrible IMO. It was definitely drinkable. But for 13.99 i couldn't pass it up so i guess will see. If i was going for one of my Fav IPAs i would go for like DFH,Ranger,Hop Devil, or something i brewed. But i do like these variety packs getting...

Only one I've had is the latitude IPA. Witch wasn't bad at all. I'm excited to try the rest of these. So ill keep y'all updated! Anyone try this pack yet??

Also if you do boil that to kill anything bad. Don't forget you'll have to add hops. Thats a hopped extract and i think its a no boil extract at that. So now take in account you'll have to buy yeast and some hops. Not much hops but still additional cost for your it might be good project.
