    How is it in Zagreb? My brother is from a small town near there, now lives here. I have 54,000, and only open the regulator halfway and it works great. Takes about 15 mins to boil 6+ gallons.

    drinking beer straight from the fermenter

    I have to scavenge for bottles too. My best luck has been calling banquet centers before the weekend and ask them to save champagne bottles. They'll give them to you for free, they're 25 ounces, and look Bad a55. And if they're american they take a regular cap.

    Thanks I was wondering about splitting it into two buckets. I'm gonna have to try and track some down then. Has anyone ever just racked into the bottling bucket, left it there for a week and then bottled from there?
