I am wondering if they are still in business too. I placed an order Nov 5 with specific comments about contacting me if out of stock on an item and i would substitute. Never heard back, have emailed twice. I called the 800 # yesterday and got through to an answering machine I just tried again...

Thought I saw a post on here about foamy beer and it was caused by a crack or pin hole in dip tube. The crack would allow co2 to be drawn out with the beer causing lots of foam.
