My first brew came out great with no complications primary for 7days then bottled with the drops and after 2 weeks very drinkable great carbonation it was coopers mexician creavas kit. I have a woodfordes great eastern on now so i might buy a king keg top tap and try kegging it see how it goes...

Hi lads I have the same problem wit a coopers lager kit and its carbonating 2 weeks, i opened a bottle today and it is still flat no head only a small psst when i opened it, hardely any life in it at all. I might try leaving it near the heater for a few days and see how it goes as mentioned...

Hi just wondering can i use flavor hops in say a coopers lager kit and if so what would be a good flavor hop to use in a lager. is there any place or website that tells you what hops give what flavor.

Well my FG never changed it stayed at 1016 so it will be only about 3% vol :(. I have bottled it now so ill wait till carbanated and ill but up a pic of how it looks when done. Cheers for the help. I have a woodfordes great eastern on in the pipe line just done it this morning so see how...
