    A there any way to increase the OG, I took the grains from two grain batches I did today and Sparged them together, ended up with a low OG, never tried this before

    Through one partial mash of pumpkin ale and a all grain mash of a Christmas ale, I combined the grains of both and Sparged, I ended up with 3 gallons with then 0G of 1.036, I don't have any more yeast, what would happen if I use champagne yeast? does anybody know has anybody ever doneness

    Doing a partial mash pumpkin ale this weekend, after fermentation can I use brown sugar as a priming sugar before bottling? Making 5 gal. Ten lbs of pumpkin, if I can use it how much and do you need to know the recipe?

    ok im am a little lost being new to this, could the answer be bulk bottling? i bottled 52 beers, this was a brewers best american amber, 15 minutes in the fridge, dad coulnt wait and drank 1 at garage temp 65, wife had 1 and was really good, malty with a clean after taste, my first same thing...

    my first batch, four beers in and all was good, fifth was over carbonated and smelled like caramel. does anybody have an answer for this? i should add my father drank it anyways, lol

    i cant remember, the kit is a Brewers Best German Oktoberfest, i do know it a German yeast, that much i do remember reading, says to ferment at 60, am i understanding correctly that a lower temp will slow the fermenting down? and what if i dont see any bubbles after 48 hrs
