    Argon regulator for CO2

    Awesome, Thank you.

    Argon regulator for CO2

Does the Argon tank connector work for Nitro tanks? It looks at least similar. I picked up a co2/argon regulator from Harbor Freight on sale to use for co2. But I looked at the argon tank connector and got to thinking.

    Noob help

I started pretty recently myself. I used half a gt bottle in a quart mason jar, then used that quart in a gallon. I kept the scoby through my first batch and now discard it after every batch. There's debate over the need for scobies, the ferment kicks off slower without it, but I don't drink it...

    Man, I love Apfelwein

I like that idea! But it sounds like a PITA when you factor in the carboy.

    Man, I love Apfelwein

Has anyone done anything to get a little more "nose" in this? I'm thinking the CO2 scrubs it all away during ferment. Maybe if I held back a gallon and added it after a couple of weeks I would get more aroma?

CBS News: "Man becomes drunk when stomach turns into brewery"

Someone needs to teach the guy how to pour a bottle conditioned beer.

    Help with my kegerator!

I don't have much experience with Sanke kegs but a couple of "no brainer" things to check. You said you have a new CO2 tank. Did you get it filled? Assuming that you did, when you turn the tank on and here the hiss of the keg filling with gas, does the hiss stop after a short time or does it...

    Man, I love Apfelwein

Scientifically speaking, Rhinos fart more when the temperature is hotter.

    Video Games

They aren't widening the audience though. TONS of people old and young saw the wii and said that is awesome, I must have it. Very few people saw the wiiU and reacted the same way. And the console jumps for MS and Sony seem needless. The graphics engines are the only big change. Most people that...

    Video Games

All of the interconnected devices will lead to a "dumbing-down" in gaming IMO. You will still have blockbuster games that look great and don't offer anything for your portable device. Then you'll have stripped down sequels to old favorites where you can view your health and ammo on your droid...

What's the point of a hop "flavor addition" in an IPA?

    Lager Stopped Fermenting

I suggest you do as Beaksnbeer says and raise the temp up to mid 60s. It should finish before your surgery. If you can't bottle/keg before your surgery, wait until you're at FG and cold crash it. If you end up tasting the cardboard, serve this one to your BMC friends after they've had a few.

    Lager Stopped Fermenting

This is never the best option. Unless it is infected, which doesn't seem to be the case.

    Brewery with no taproom?

I went up to KC one weekend and wanted to purchase a boulevard beer from the brewery. The guy I spoke with made me feel like an idiot for not making reservations for their brewery tour, which is apparently the only way to get to their tap room. I explained that I didn't have any interest in...

    Lager Stopped Fermenting

You could pitch more yeast, but over-pitching creates its own problems. Sadly, you appear to be stuck between oxidation and a snail's pace. - A brewer's version of a rock and a hard place.

    Northern brewer

I agree with brewkinger. If you can get there stuff shipped to you for a reasonable price then definitely go for it. They are professionals. However, I have had at least the same level of service with MoreBeer and they offer free shipping on most things if you do it right.
