So hey. I brewed Monday. It went pretty well. I used 60 oz of canned pumpkin. I put the pumpkin pie filling in baking dish, w/ 1# of brown sugar, 12 oz orange blossom honey, 6 oz maple syrup, 1 cup of gram cracker, tbsp vanilla extract and a little cinnamon and nutmeg. Baked for 30 mins...
