This is strange.. You mentioned your other taps work correctly are they the same hardware and line length? Could you push this beer through another tap to rule out the hardware? The only time I have had this problem was when I made an overly sweet porter that I used too much lactose...

I tried some silicone tubing on the tube before cutting to verify it would be tight enough. Well lets just say I am glad I did since it is a little loose and may cause lose of suction. With that said.... Still open for more suggestions or examples from the HBT community please. Thanks.

I have a false bottom from Jay and a weldless dip tube assembly from bargain fittings. As everything fits together perfectly removing the FB for cleaning can be a bit difficult. Currently I am pretty much unscrewing the diptube to get the FB out and was thinking there has to be an easier way...

After looking at several PJ wiring diagrams I came up with this. (Thanks PJ for the examples it made making this a lot easier.) Please comment on what I have incorrect here as it just does not seem correct for some reason. Thanks in advance..
