    My guess on the OG thing is that you did a small boil (3 gallons) and the top off water wasn't mixed in well enough. So, you got a low OG. Only 45 minutes for your bittering hops? That seems short to me. I usually do at least 60, if not longer. Have you tried plugging it tin...

    Thanks. I think this brew'll be unique and tasty, but being my first "creation" I'm a wee bit nervous. I've done my fair share of kits and my fair of kit tweaks (slight hops changes, etc), but nothing like this before. :D

    Really? I thought belgian biscuit could be steeped. Is it worth the biscuit then? Is there something simmilar that doesn't need to be mashed? Victory Malt? Aromatic malt?
