Sizing your Chest Freezer for Corny Kegs
Got a Haier 7.1 saturday and dropped the latest lager in there saturday evening. looks fine, fits the limited space I had and should hold 4 kegs on the floor no collar needed. I'll see if I can also fit a 2.5g on the hump. Currelntly holding two 5g pails. [/IMG]- holy

I lagered mine for 20 days at 54F, then kegged and reduced the temp to 40 for force carbing. I've been drinking it since carbed. I'm continuing to lager one of the kegs to see how it ages.- holy

As you may have guessed, the one on the left is the original. [/IMG] [/IMG] My increase in chocolate is noticeable in color and taste, but I like it. I'll definitely brew this again and I may play with the chocolate to see if I can reduce the flavor a bit but keep it slightly darker.- holy
