    Vintage Kegerator Options

Wow man that’s awesome that you still have it! Congrats on graduating! So I put the taps through the door of mine for the same reason you mentioned I’ll never use it for anything other than beer. That door is thick and you’ll need like 5” long shanks to go through both panels, I didn’t realize...

Any way to carbonate a keg without opening it and without a regulator?

Yes option #2, maybe go brew another beer to take your mind off that delicious NEIPA that you can’t drink.

Looking for a 4 draft / 3 door kegerator that can be built into a bar. Any suggestions? Looking to keep it $3000 and below.

Do you not have the 3” to spare? That seems like it fits the bill for what your looking for.

    Measuring accuracy

That Inkbird product IS great! I have one and use it all the time, and for the price you can’t beat it.

    Cheap juice, best?

You are correct, I kinda wrote my reply over some time and I think I had a another direction I was going and didn’t, anyway I guess my point at this time is I don’t use cheap juice and I’ll see what others of you post and maybe I’ll try some of that.

    Cheap juice, best?

So since I really haven’t been brewing I’ve been making cider and skeeter pee because it’s quick and not much to clean up, I have tried using cheap juice and honestly Motts has the best flavor so while I’m all about saving a buck I also want to enjoy what I make so I’m all done with super cheap...

    Epiphanies

So always liked beer and the science behind making it, but I was not really versed in how many styles were out there so when I started making beer I realized that not only could I make any style but I could also make whatever I want! Most styles tried in the beginning were styles I never had...

Kegerator In Basement With One Tap - Second Tap In The Kitchen

Depending on how big your fridge is going to be but you could put a reservoir of cooling liquid and use a pump to circulate that around your line. Edit: also not sure how it will work having that long line and short line because you will need to have the pressure higher to push your beer that far.

Yet another Keezer Build. But this one is Mine!

You could just slide the kegs from the back to the front and then put all the new kegs in the back.

For Sale All grain 3-tier keggles brewery w/grain mill and chiller - Washington D.C. Area

That’s a pretty cool setup! How does it brake down quickly when it looks like everything is hard plumbed together? I built something similar so I’m not interested but my friend has been looking so I’ll send him this link

Yet another Keezer Build. But this one is Mine!

That is a nice piece you made there! And for someone who has no real wood working skills that’s pretty awesome! My only question is how do you get full kegs in there with a half open lid? Edit: I did read the whole post 😁

15 gallons so far so 15+46=61

Is it possible to start my own Kombucha from these probiotics without a scoby?

I know this probably isn’t the answer your looking for but if you just get some not pasteurized apple cider vinegar and add that to some sugar tea you’ll get a mother scoby and then you can just use that going forward.
