Yes those are the ones. Just make sure you use a gfci outlet or an outlet that has a gfci breaker.

I use the cheap ones from harbor freight that are under 15 each. I get the kind that stay matched on or off (they also have a momentary on version). I put mine in a stand I made that is similar to a pedal stand for guitar pedals. Works great..

The cascade and centennial were both transplanted last spring and barely did anything. No cones and barely as large as they are now. I’m not trimming any bull shoots this year to let the plants grow freely (plus I’ve got access to all the free cascade hops I could want from a buddy who grows...

T58 will give you a bit more peppery flavor vs us05 Not much just subtle. I use both yeast a lot and I prefer 58 for my lime sour that is similar to this sour
