    Peach Wine; remove skin?

I haven't but all the recipes I've seen say do not peel the skins.

☕ Coffee ☕: Ingredients, Roasting, Grinding, Brewing, and Tasting

Looks like the mix an match option is $5.25 a pound on the natural processed. Still a good price. 12 pounds ordered!

It's pretty cool that they are allowing mix and match within the 6 pound minimum order. Still with all of the options, they have 9 different beans to choose from. Decisions, decisions.

How to transfer Co2 from large tank to small tank

Stand the tank upright. Open the valve. If gas comes out then there is no siphon tube. If dry ice shoots out then it has a siphon tube. I fill smaller tanks by inverting my 20# tank. The receiving tank is always on a scale so that I can monitor the progress. It's always kind of scary if I think...

Measure twice, but your fridge once

If you can do sheetrock then corner bead looks to be the best solution to me.

☕ Coffee ☕: Ingredients, Roasting, Grinding, Brewing, and Tasting

It is so good. It ranks up there at the top level of what I've had so far. It was worth the high price tag to have something special in my pantry. I hope I can make it last a while.

☕ Coffee ☕: Ingredients, Roasting, Grinding, Brewing, and Tasting

I'm really liking 20g of coffee in a 2oz shot. 1# green yields about 400g roasted so with 5# I have 99 more shots to go! Kenya Ichamama Dark. Honey, chocolate, plum, cinnamon and apple. Heavy body. Mild acidity.

For the Hario V60 does size make a difference in taste? Would one be better over the other when making just one serving?

    Wild Blackberries

Blackberries make awesome wine. Try https://www.homebrewtalk.com/forum/threads/blackberry-wine.31294/ or one of the other recipes at https://winemaking.jackkeller.net/blackbr2.asp . I like the heavy bodied one or even better is the blackberry-blueberry recipe. A blackberry Berliner Weisse sounds...

    Cheese Cave build

I feel your pain. My chest freezer/cave died a month ago. I had an 8" fan running in there and it must put out a lot of heat as the temperature was 120F. Melted my Port Salut, Belper Knolles, a Romano and a Parmesan. Not in a good way either. I was only washing/checking every 3 days, no telling...
