    question for my NYC peeps.

    I am coming up next week for a couple of nights to catch the Rangers game at The Garden. I am trying to find a hotel within walking distance,so far the prices are pretty high. Any recommendations? Would I be better off staying in Brooklyn and taking the train into Manhattan? Thanks in advance

    When a co-worker asks if you had to turn on the heat last night,to which you reply;" yes,only because I have 12 gallons of freshly brewed IPA in the living room and I didnt want the yeast to go to sleep".

    10 gallon batches.

    Just finished converting a keggle into a HLT. I am now able to brew 10 gallon batches. IPA set for tomorrow. Very xxxcited!

    Heavy Seas' Riptide. An IPA fermented with a Belgian yeast. To say its a tasty brew would be an understatement.
