I have 2 vacuum packed 8oz packs of hops I got last year from Brewmasters when he was running a special. Have been on a little brewing hiatus unfortunately, but am now getting back to it...anyway... The pack of Columbus seemed vacuum packed still, but the Centennial seemed 'looser' and not...

So, here's what I am now thinkin'... 10 LBS American 2 Row 2 lbs Vienna .5 lb Crystal Malt 40L 1ozeach Cascade and Centennial at 60 minutes .5ozeach Centennial and Cascade at 15 minutes .5ozeach Centennial and Cascade at 5 minutes .5ozeach Centennial and Cascade at 0 minutes Safale S-05

Thanks, gentlemen. I just did a cup or so before work to make sure it even worked;^) I'll tighten 'er up this evening in preperation for tomorrow. Sidenote- the absolute first bolt I grabbed fit the arm perfectly...and had a nut to adjust it's depth as well. WooHoo.

taken directly from this thread, of course... Does this degree of milling appear sufficient? I did insert a single washer to each side.

I have 8oz of each that I bought last year-air tight and vacuum packed that have been in the fridge- I assume they'll be fine to use. I'll go with 1oz each and add a late addition and drop the malt to .5lb...haven't decided temp yet... Thanks for all the suggestions!

Liquor is state run in VA and they don't have beer. I've contacted some stores that do beer in kegs and I could have been speaking Ferengi.

While it appears you are as far from me geographically as possible while still being on the same continent...I'd be interested in that info;^)

Nice build! I used that same tile on a radiator cover a couple months ago and have the same great drip tray...;^)
