    Maximizing Efficiency when Batch Sparging

The day I messed up but my beer didn't care.

Been sparging way to fast on all three all grain batches so consistently get low gravity. It will be fixed with next batch! New and improved every time!

    Oh what a difference

I'm making an all grain blue moon as well. 3 pounds 2 row, 2 pounds wheat, 1 pound honey (brew store was out of more wheat) and hallertau hops about .6 oz at 60 minutes. Then 10 minutes with the orange peel (through cheese grater) and choriander. Hopefully it will turn out good.

Peterson Irish dew is my favorite tobacco so far. I joined the pipes and cigar pipe tobacco club orlf the month in search of a great tobacco and found it. That's about all I smoke.
