First faculty meeting of the year done, brew day prep almost completed, pork chops grilled, mango habanero salsa in the blender. Deserves a pre 5pm double ipa. White Ferrari from The Veil. Definitely one of the best neipas I’ve had.

HB columbus/simcoe wcipa. Really unsure what’s up with this haze, but the flavor is so nice I’m afraid to try more biofine.

HB WCIPA. Almost nothing but boiled simcoe & columbus. Mild aroma of resin & pine as I desperately craved/hoped. Biofine do your job, brew club is Sunday!
