I am putting together a tower cooler for my keezer and have a question? will a 12 volt dc power adapter work ? i have a 12 volt cpu fan. on tower cooler.com they say to use a 9 volt 100ma one. i don't want to spend money on a 9 volt when i already have a 12 volt dc.

i bought the foam and its 2 inches thick. the wood i bought was 10 in wide and 1 inch thick. and also some polyurethane to seal the wood. how thick was your foam?
