First time I ever used them. I did mine at flame out for 10 min. Unfortunately, my recipe was mad scientist..ish. Didn't turn out well but the emulsions had nothing to do with it. It was a brewsperiment that was utterly disasterous and best left in the dust bin of what not to brew history...

I feel for you. I had six root canals all at once 6 years ago. That's what I get for avoiding dentist like the plague! Army dentist butchered me and I swore I'd never put myself in their torture chambers again. Paid for it in the long run. 6 roots all at once..there wasn't enough beer in S.E...

Water profile is not too bad but I use RO water anyway. Just too much floating around here. Air quality is one of the worse in the US especially in summer. Wash your car and leave it outside !!! All manner of detritus! Dirt, bugs, pollen, God knows what from the car factories !!!

With all the manufacturing around these parts (SE Michigan) I would never be so bold to brew outside here canopy or not. Gives me nightmares just thinking about it.

I was so disappointed I didn't get a Grain mill from the fat man today. 1st Xmas in 10 years I didn't get something brewing related ..😟...trembling lip, verge of tears...then I got the notice my 75 inch 4k UHD HDR LED Dolby Vision TV will be delivered Mon ☺️ ! I guess I can do without the grain...
