Hopsteiner had a report that mixing Cascade and Lemondrop at 5:1 would mimic Amarillo aroma and flavor.

This is my latest creation... 43% Pilsner 26% GP 12% Oat Malt 12% Flaked Oats 2% Honey Malt Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, and Grungiest for WP and Dryhop with Omega DIPA yeast. Actually threw in Whirlfloc tablets out of habit.

If it tastes good drink it. After a few weeks when the keg kicks you will realize it tasted the best. Beer is a discovery.

Hop utilization in the BIAC. When following standard IPA or NEIPA recipes has anyone found that the hop amounts need adjusted due to the conical shape? I have been making amazing lagers in the BIAC but my hoppy beers need more work?

Times change. This beer used to be made with Rahr 2-Row, Carafoam, and C10. The hop ratios are 50:50 Mosaic to Amarillo in WP. 75:25 Mosaic to Amarillo in the DH.

I drink and make all styles of beer. But the color this style can bring just makes me thirsty. Great work.

What about Briess Blonde Roast Oat Malt. Is it similar to those mentioned above?
