Pump flow rate for 1/4" IC?

you can go to most any home improvement store and get one or even make your own...its nothing complicated......standard garden hose threads are 3/4 x 11.5 threads per inch.......just get a cap with a threaded hole in the center to fit the gauge you want to use....will look like this either way...

Pump flow rate for 1/4" IC?

you will also need to measure the pressure in the water system of your house to get a better idea on what kind of pump to get. For instance.....if you hook up to a garden hose, and you end up getting like 3 gallons per minute out if your IC, then you will need a pump that can supply the same...

Questions about March Pumps answered by the Factory!

It "sounds" like the motor may have been hit or something dropped on it maybe tweaking the alignment of the rotor out of spec.....either that or the bearing on one end of the shaft is going bad....but that's very rare unless there's a TON of hours on the motor. Look at the body of the motor for...

    Pump shaft and flange misalignment

Are you removing the motor bracket to mount this stuff up? If so you are probably messing up the alignment of the drive magnet in relation to the pump housing. We use a jig here at the factory to center up everything. Also you will need to off set the drive magnet the thickness of the separating...

I wont get into the history between Chugger and us....but i can tell you with 110% confidence that they are NOT off the same line :) Our motors are sourced from a US based company but the factory is in Mexico...and the raw magnets come from china...then we mold them into impeller here at the...

Im only guessing without seeing it and there's not much info to go on....but my (GUESS) would be the motors tweaked. Take the pump head off and try running it.....if it runs no problem then your pump head may be misaligned. If it still doesn't work then the motors probably tweaked off center. If...
