Maybe try using a cherry picker. It can be wheeled into place, used to raise the bag, then moved out of the way when not needed. If your hood is not too close to the pot, it should work fine.
@Wichitalineman try taking a piece of wire hanger bent into a triangle. Set the flask on the wire. It keeps the flask from having direct contact with the burner, but still gives even heating. I use this with a glass coffee percolator.
I'm new to brewing, and want to make a wheat ale. Don't have a/c in the room I will ferment in. Will it be ok in 75-80 degree temp? If not what other styles would do fine in that temp range?
